The North Carolina Health and Wellness Trust Fund has launched a new media campaign as a part of their Health Disparities Initiative. The first phase of the campaign focuses on diabetes, and a television commercial was created using 3 patients who have participated in different Health Disparities Initiative programs throughout the state. One of those patients comes from right here in Southeast NC, and has participated in programs through Access III of the Lower Cape Fear!
